Most orders are shipped via UPS. ground, F.O.B.- Carlinville, Illinois, with freight prepaid and added to invoices. (Note: Shipping prices quoted are for orders shipping within the continental U.S. only) There may be customs charges or import fees that you will be responsible for paying based on the laws of your country. Every effort will be made to ship your order in the easiest and least expensive way possible.

Chemicals, preserved specimens, and some media and furniture orders are shipped direct from the factory and are shipped separately from any other items ordered from Cynmar®. Additional shipping charges may apply, and will NOT appear on your order confirmation! (Note: As of January 2005, we no longer sell chemicals to individuals.) Chemicals with the "H" notation are considered hazardous and a $13.00 fee may be added to shipping by the carrier. Businesses ordering hazardous chemicals must provide FEIN Number.

Internet orders placed between November and June will be shipped within three business days, as long as the items you ordered are in stock. During our busy season, July through October, orders placed on the internet may have an in-stock wait time of seven to ten business days. You will be notified if items are not in stock and when the order has shipped.

Items are not intended for use by young children.If there is a problem with your order, call Customer Service for return authorization within 10 working days of receipt. Items returned must be unused, in new condition, and in the original container.
